Use and disclosure
Information may be used to operate and improve services, personalize experiences, process transactions, combat cheating, answer support requests, and meet legal duties. It may be disclosed to service providers and in-game advertising partners.
For CCPA purposes, advertising-related sharing may include identifiers and internet-activity data. Users may opt out through device tracking settings or by emailing support@fivebngames.com with the subject CCPA Opt-Out.
California privacy rights
California residents may request:
- access to information about collection, use, disclosure, and sale;
- deletion, subject to legal exceptions;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- an opt-out from sale or sharing for behavioral advertising;
- equal service without discrimination for exercising these rights.

Requests and authorized agents
